Alleluia! Christ is risen! Christ is risen indeed!

This is the most glorious day of the Christian year, the day of resurrection, the day of celebrating a living Christ.

There is a contemporary hymn in most hymnals these days that sings of abiding hope.

Because He lives, I can face tomorrow.
Because He lives, all fear is gone,
Because I know He holds the future,
And life is worth the living,
Just because He lives!

Alleluia! Christ is risen!
